What to expect on the day
On the day, we will meet up in an agreed location, we will begin the walk. we will allow some time for the dog adjust to the surroundings, and then i will start to capture images, aiming to get the most variety possible, i will take time to get the right shots and i will ask you to use commands with your dog, such and sit, stay, lay down etc, plenty of treats will be great! once we have finished we will take a walk back. i will keep you updated with the next steps, and i will be In touch about the progress of the images.
02.
What if my dog wont sit still?
You do not need to worry at all! Dogs will be dogs, let them explore, and more importantly have fun! it only takes a very split second to capture a great image, i will be on the lookout for perfect photo opportunity's the whole time we're out. Patience is our best friend, i will aim to get the best possible shots. we want to make this the best possible experience for your furbabys!
03.
what should i bring?
I would suggest some of your dogs favourite toys! we need all the attention we can get! Some water incase they are getting hot/thirsty, and plenty of treats if that is something they like.
i will usually have treats, a squeaker and a ball with me, but feel free to bring anything your dog is familiar with.
04.
what if it rains on the day?
I will always check the weather forecast prior to the day, to make sure it will be fair. if it happens to rain on the day or starts to rain midway through, and it isn't suitable to take photos, i will very happily arrange another date for the shoot, free of charge. we can't always trust the Great British weather, but i will try and book dates in, on a suitable day.
05.
what if my dog isn't very good off of the lead?
If your dog isn't able to be off of the lead, there are options we can discuss together. A secure park, or a garden would be ideal. if this isn't an option, we can still take photos with your dog on a lead. I would suggest a very thin lead for while we are taking photos. if the photo is suitable, then i can remove the lead at the editing stage. not so simple removals may incur an extra cost, but this is something that can be discussed.
06.
how long will it take to get my photos?
My aim is to get the photos uploaded to the online gallery within 7 days.
this is to give me plenty of time to make the images look as good as possible. if it is a longer session or there are more photos to edit that the standard package, or lead removal is required, i will contact you and let you know the estimated timeframe.
07.
Can i buy additional images?
From the images on the day, i will upload the chosen package amount onto the online gallery. If i happen to have more suitable photos from the day, and you would like any more, this would be at a cost of £5 per edited image.
If on the day you decide you would like any more images, or you would like to upgrade the package, that is absolutely fine.
08.

All shoots will be at an agreed suitable outdoor location. This may be somewhere local, or a place that your dog is familiar with. A travel radius of 15 miles from NG20 is included with all packages. travel outside of this radius will be charged at 50p per mile.
